We have a basic service package which includes:

Complete inspection and walk-through interior and exterior of the property, noting any issues
Turn off the hot water breaker
Check all toilets and drains for plumbing issues
Check all entry points for security/camera functionality
Weekly email updates of inspections and any reported items found with recommendations

For an additional fee, additional estate management services offered, but are not limited to:

Property oversight of third-parties such as landscapers, pool service and so much more!
Project management through KTS Group for construction related projects
Receipt and oversight of new home walk through’s and deliveries
Audio/video technology inspections (including whole home smart home systems etc.)
