When building a home, one of the first questions should be, do I want a home to fit my needs? or my dream home built to my specifications? If you’ve answered the latter, then here’s why you should build a custom home:

Expect to pay more for a custom home, this will depend on many aspects of how you customize the home, with the most obvious being the size of the home, the intricacy of its design, the building products and materials you select. When building a custom home, your choices are mainly limited by your budget.
